  • Spearheaded overall agency management, overseeing all financial and reputational aspects as Country Director for a globally recognized advertising network (80+ countries).
  • Grew the creative team from 7 to 33 personnel, fostering a highly productive environment that achieved the first and only “Best Place To Work” certification for an advertising agency in Azerbaijan.
